  • Sessions are held in person at my Hackney-based clinic or online, depending on what works best for you.

  • The frequency of sessions is tailored to your goals and needs, but I typically recommend starting with weekly meetings.

    Each session lasts 60 minutes.

  • I offer both individual sessions and customised coaching programs spanning several months, tailored for individuals seeking a more in-depth transformation experience.
