First, a complete health and lifestyle review, analysing any underlying issues and injuries. Then, your personalised program: a nutrition and exercise plan, stress management, sleep and mindset coaching, as well as treatments and therapies to overcome stress, fatigue, pain and burnout.

The Program

  • 1 x 90-minute consultation with health practitioner Ola

  • 1 x summary report including a nutrition and fitness plan, lifestyle protocols, plus sleep and stress analysis

  • 12 x 60-minute sessions with Ola, integrating osteopathy, coaching, breathwork, movement, and more

  • Unlimited email support in between sessions

  • 1 x 60 mins follow up session a month after completing the program

    Sessions are held in person or online. The recommended duration of the program is 6 to 12 weeks, depending on individual needs.
